A lo largo de este proyecto titulado Yo soy el otro, colaborando con artistas del Medio Este y Bolivia, he formulado las siguientes preguntas:
• ¿Quién es el otro para ti y en que se basa la OTREDAD?
• ¿Es el OTRO un fenómeno socio-político o emocional?
• ¿Pueden los dos conceptos del OTRO y del Yo ser mutuamente independientes?
Para la exposición “Recíproco”, nueve artistas bolivianos investigaron y exploraron sus posiciones como el YO y el OTRO en la sociedad en la que viven.
Esta exposición es el resultado de la colaboración entre Mo Reda (curador y artista de Kuwait/Holanda), nueve artistas bolivianos y el espacio de arte contemporáneo Kiosko, anfitrión del su residencia en Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. Esta es la tercera edición del proyecto Yo soy el otro, llevado a cabo antes en países del Medio Este, y ahora por se realiza por primera vez en Bolivia en el Centro Cultural Santa Cruz.

Throughout this long-term Project titled I am the other, collaborating artists in the Middle East and Bolivia have been asked the following questions:
• Who is the other to you and what is otherness based on?
• Is the other a socio-political or an emotional phenomenon?
• Can the two concepts of the other and the self be seen as mutually independent?
For this exhibition, 9 Bolivian artists researched and explored their positions as the self or the other within the society they live in.
This exhibition is the result of a collaboration between Mo Reda (Kuwaiti/Dutch curator and artist), 9 Bolivian artists and Kiosko contemporary art space; the host of Mo Reda’s residency in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. This is the third edition of the I am the other project, a project that was previously carried out in the Middle East and now, for the first time, in Bolivia at the Centro Cultural Santa Cruz.
